Hey you guys, guess what? I cracked open my first ever coconut. I made a huge mess and spent like 20 minutes getting shreds out of my hair, but I was still pretty proud that I did it. These Sweet Surprise Cupcakes totally had me at the blackberries, but then I find out that the “sweet surprise” is the Lindor truffle shoved in the center and now I feel I can die happy if only I can make and eat them.
Have you ever wondered how crazy you can go with ice cream flavors? Well, my sister showed me this video and I find it hilarious. I really want to try making that last one with the m&ms and sweet corn. Yeah, that might need to happen.
Oh, and one more thing. I’m clearly very late to the mason jar salad party but I think I need to jump on that bus asap because these 18 mason jar salads just made me super hungry.
