‘Sup yos!
Sorry, obviously I’ve been looking at too much guy food today. I just thought you guys might be a little bit short on ideas for father’s day. Honesty, my dad probably couldn’t care less about it and has never felt like we should do anything special for him, but I still like to anyways. When I was little I would make him doodly cards or random little crafts (Yes, I was the girl who preferred a thing of Scotch tape to lip gloss) but now that I’m older it’s harder, you know? How do you sum up how much you love some one on one folded piece of paper or with a material object? For me, well, my food blogger mind always goes straight to edible gifts. I think there is definitely some truth to the saying ‘the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach’ and since I’ve been old enough to cook I’ve enjoyed making things that he enjoys to show him that I think he’s the best daddy ever!
