INGREDIENTS
  • A Yellow Bell Pepper Sliced
  • A Red Bell Pepper Sliced

  • 6 Medium Red Potatoes (Diced)

  • A Package Of Smoked Kielbasa

  • 1 Tbsp Of Vegetable Oil

GUIDE / INSTRUCTIONS
  • You need to start by heating the vegetable oil in the saucepan. Make sure that you are using the medium heat to prevent any possible problems.

  • You will now have to add the potatoes and diced Kielbasa in the saucepan. It’s important to dice the Kielbasa evenly, or as close to that as you can to prevent any possible issues.

  • Cover the saucepan and let it cook for around 25 minutes, you can check from time to time so you can see the progress. It’s a good idea to stir from time to time, just to make sure that the potatoes are tender and the food is not overly cooked.

  • After 25 minutes you want to remove the cover, then you will add the yellow and red bell pepper in the saucepan. You want to do this in order to bring in an extra layer of flavoring to your meal.

  • Continue cooking for around 5 minutes until the peppers are tender.
